Responsibilities:
Works with Home Office Senior Management and the VP, Human Resources to develop training strategies that will meet company strategic and operational business needs.
Oversees the evaluations, revisions. and implementation of all training programs within the Home Office, Field Organization, and Distribution functions to ensure the quality and consistency of training and development.
Directs and manages the activities of the divisions Learning and Development functions.
Oversees the design and/or selection of training programs.
Works with Home Office Senior Management and the VP, Human Resources to strategically review home office structure and design to meet the ever changing business needs.
Required:
Degree required
Excellent writing and organizational skills
Experience in a retail environment essential
Language: Bilingual Enlish/Spanish
Experience in Urban markets helpful
