Responsibilities: Duties include the processing of Merchandise through the Distribution Center departments in a union environment. The Distribution Center Assitant General Manager ensures good work attitudes, atmosphere, and communication to maximize productivity and assists the General Manager is management of the entire DC. Also he or she will conduct performance appraisals and be involved in resolving associate relations issues.
Qualifications
Requirements:Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or at least 3-5 years Supervisory experience in a Distribution Center or Warehouse environment. Bilingual Candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. |
