Our principal team members are:

Charles (Chuck) Wilkinson, the founder and President of
Just Retail Services, Inc. has spent more than thirty years in the retail
industry serving in positions from Store Manager to Chief Executive Officer,
in specialty, department store and big box environments. Chuck brings to
the table a unique understanding to the recruitment process and an intricate
knowledge of all aspects of retailing.

Beth Hamilton, our Director of Recruitment, leads our team of
recruiters. This team consists of persons chosen carefully from
the retail industry with the ability to understand the unique requirements
of our clients and the searches they are conducting.
Beth has been with JRS Executive Search since our inception and has
earned the trust and confidence of everyone she has come in contact with.

Cindy Redko, Executive Recruiter, spent many years with
Collins & Associates before joining the JRS team. Cindy's professionalism,
tenacious attitude and years of experience are essential in finding the right
candidate for your open positions.

Julie Parella, Director of Marketing and Executive Recruiter, comes
to us with over ten years of experience in the retail industry and joins
us from other major recruitment firms. Julie brings to the table an unbridled
enthusiasm and dedication that is sure to infect all of those who come in
contact with her.

Sandra (Sandy) Wilkinson, comes from a rich retail background
serving in management positions with several brand name retailers
and many years of recruitment experience. Sandy in addition to her
recruitment expertise, serves as the conscience of the company,
her caring attitude and genuine concern for our clients and candidates
alike, make her an invaluable asset to Just Retail Services, Inc.

Michelle Langlas, Senior Researcher and Database Administrator,
comes to us with a rich background in retail sales and marketing
with such recognizable companies as, Carson. Pirie, Scott, Marshall
Fields, and Crate and Barrel. Michelle heads up our research team and
doubles a key Recruitment Specialist when needed.
